(Senior) Investment Manger

Your mission

Identify, evaluate, and lead new investments in deep-tech mobility and logistics startups.
Manage the full investment lifecycle - from deal sourcing and due diligence through to deal execution and portfolio management.
Work closely with founders and portfolio companies, offering strategic guidance.
Represent Leap435 at industry events, accelerators, and conferences, building strong relationships within the European tech and investment ecosystem.
Contribute to internal knowledge building, engage with our LP base and industry network, and continuously challenge the status quo in the industry.

Your profile

3-6 years of experience in venture capital or growth investing.
Strong academic background in technical disciplines or business.
Demonstrated ability to assess and close early-stage investments, especially in deep-tech or B2B sectors.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
